Rashes and ingrown hairs usually come from overheated wax, re-used wax pots and rushed technique. We removed all three: Next-Gen low-temperature wax that grips hair, not skin, a fresh single-use cartridge for every client, no double-dipping, and ingrown-prevention aftercare. If you develop a rash or ingrown hairs after waxing at YLG, show us within 72 hours and your next wax of the same area is free.
Terms apply
- Report within 72 hours of the service, at the branch or on WhatsApp with a photo and your invoice.
- The free session is given at the same YLG branch where the wax was done.
- Mild redness in the first few hours is normal and is not a rash.
- You followed the aftercare: no hot shower, sauna, gym or sun for 24 hours, and gentle exfoliation from day 3.
- Not valid if you use retinoids, acne medication or prescription skin creams, or have broken or sunburnt skin. Please tell your therapist before the wax.
- One free session of the same area per claim.

If you book de-tan anyway, yes, because it combines the two.

It is made for arms and legs; use the sensitive face wax or threading for facial hair.
