- Hair length: 6mm minimum (~1 week post-shaving regrowth).
- Eat a small meal 1 hour before — 2 hours of waxing on empty stomach is uncomfortable.
- Drink water and stay hydrated.
- Take a paracetamol 30 minutes before if first-timer or low pain tolerance.
- No retinol, AHA/BHA or chemical peels for 5 days before.
- Avoid sunbathing for 48 hours before.
- Wear loose comfortable clothing — joggers + tee.
- Schedule mid-cycle (5–10 days post-period) if possible.

What's included in "full body" — does it cover face and Brazilian?
Full body wax covers arms, legs, underarms and bikini-line. It does NOT include face wax or full Brazilian by default. Add them as separate services: face wax ₹100–₹1,350 depending on area, full Brazilian ₹2,700. Ask your therapist before the appointment if you want them added.
Will full body waxing brighten my skin?
The brightening variants (Saffron Bright, Gold Sensi Bright, Crystal Gold) will. They contain clinically-active brighteners — saffron, arbutin, kojic acid, gold micro-crystals — that gradually lighten body skin tone over 3–4 consistent sessions. Basic Wax just removes hair with no actives. If brightening is a goal, pay the small premium for Saffron Bright or above.
Is full body waxing painful?
Manageable — 4–5/10 on pain scale for first-timers. The full appointment spans 90–120 minutes but no single area takes more than 10 minutes of active waxing. Most clients find it less painful than expected because we use stripless hard wax on sensitive areas (bikini, underarms) and the brightening formulas have a soothing component.
How long does full body wax last?
3–4 weeks of head-to-toe smooth skin. Different body areas regrow at different rates — legs and arms can stretch to 5 weeks, underarms and bikini regrow faster. Most clients rebook every 4 weeks. With consistent monthly waxing for 6 months, hair regrows visibly thinner.
Should I get a full body wax before my wedding?
Yes — but not on the wedding day. Best schedule: get a full Crystal Gold Wax 3–4 days before the wedding. Skin needs ~48 hours to settle, and the cumulative brightening effect peaks at the 72-hour mark. Can I get a full body wax during my period?
Yes for arms/legs, but bikini-line skin sensitivity is 30–50% higher during your period. We recommend rescheduling if your period falls on the day of your full body. Best window: 5–10 days after your period ends, which is when skin is least sensitive.
Is full body waxing safe during pregnancy?
Generally yes. No chemicals absorbed, only mechanical hair removal. Skin sensitivity is higher because of hormones, and lying on your back for 2 hours becomes uncomfortable in late pregnancy. We recommend full body waxing in the second trimester only. Inform your therapist of your stage so they can adjust positioning and breaks.
Will full body waxing fix dark underarms, dark bikini line, or body tan?
Saffron Bright and Gold variants reduce all three over 3–4 consistent sessions. The combination of (a) removing the friction-inflammation cycle from shaving, and (b) actively applying kojic acid + arbutin during the wax, gradually fades post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation. For deep tans, pair with a full body de-tan treatment every 2 months.
Can I do gym after a full body wax?
Not for 24 hours. Sweat + friction + freshly opened follicles is the perfect storm for folliculitis. Skip the gym for 24 hours, wear loose cotton clothing, no tight leggings or sports bra straps for that day. Resume normal training on day 2.
How often should I get a full body wax?
Every 4 weeks is ideal for consistent smooth skin. Some clients book full body every 5–6 weeks and top up with individual areas (underarms, bikini) at the 3-week mark. After 6 months of monthly full-body waxes, regrowth becomes finer enough that many clients stretch to every 5 weeks.
