Colour that stays, or we redo it free.
We use only genuine, sealed professional colour from L Oreal Professionnel (INOA, Majirel) and Schwarzkopf IGORA, opened in front of you. Your colourist checks your hair history and does a strand test before your first colour. If your colour fades, turns brassy or washes out within 30 days, come back and we will correct it at no cost.
Terms apply
- Valid for 30 days from the colour service date, with your invoice.
- Redo is done at the same YLG branch where the colour was done.
- You followed the aftercare advice from your colourist (for example sulphate-free shampoo and no chlorine pools in the first week).
- If your colourist recommended pre-lightening and it was skipped, lift and tone are not covered.
- Covers a fade or tone correction of the same service. Not a cash refund and not a change to a different shade.
- Not valid if the hair was coloured, bleached or chemically treated elsewhere after your YLG visit.

Is your colour ammonia-free?
INOA is completely ammonia-free and is our default for sensitive scalps, first-timers and pregnancy. Majirel is used where you want maximum richness.
How long will salon colour last?
A root touch-up holds 3 to 4 weeks; global colour 4 to 6 before regrowth shows. Sulphate-free care plus the free tone top-up stretch it further.
