Partial highlights (face-frame): 8–12 foils around the face only — quick refresh, ~90 min. Half-head: top half of the head fully foiled — visible dimension when hair is down, ~2 hours. Full-head: every section foiled including back — maximum dimension, ~3 hours. We recommend partial for first-timers, full-head once you commit to the look.

Highlights need a touch-up every 6–8 weeks because the foil creates a clearly visible root line as hair grows. This is the main difference vs balayage (which lasts 12–16 weeks). Most clients alternate: full highlights once, then partial face-frame touch-ups for the next 2 cycles, then full again.

Babylights are extremely fine, delicate highlights — using thinner foils and finer sections than standard highlights. The effect mimics the sun-lightening you see on a child's hair. Softer, more natural-looking, less obvious. Often combined with full highlights for added dimension. Available as ₹999 add-on to any highlights service.

Highlights involve lifting natural pigment which damages the cuticle to some degree. We use Olaplex No.1 + No.2 added to the lightener mix as a bond-builder to protect internal hair structure. Post-highlights, we strongly recommend a hair spa or repair treatment every 4–6 weeks. With proper aftercare, hair stays healthy through years of regular highlighting.

Partial highlights: 90–120 min. Half-head: 2–2.5 hours. Full-head: 2.5–3 hours. First-time appointments add 20 min for consultation. We recommend booking morning or early afternoon — bring entertainment, it's a long sit.

Lowlights are the opposite of highlights — they add DARKER strands rather than lighter ones. Used to add depth and dimension to hair that looks washed out or too uniformly highlighted.
