Gel, acrylic or temporary: which is right for you?
Gel extensions are lighter and look the most natural, which makes them the popular choice for everyday wear and office hands.
Acrylic extensions are the strongest option and hold longer lengths and sharper shapes such as coffin and stiletto.
Temporary extensions are quick to apply and remove, ideal for a wedding, a function or a holiday when you want nails for a short while.
How long do nail extensions last?
With good care, gel and acrylic sets usually need a refill in about three weeks as your natural nail grows out. Temporary extensions are designed for shorter wear.
Avoid using your nails as tools, wear gloves for cleaning and dishes, and keep cuticles oiled. Never peel or pull an extension off; come back for a safe soak-off removal.

Extensions fail when the prep is rushed. We do not rush it: proper buffing, dehydration and full cure times on every set. That is why every gel, acrylic and temporary extension set comes with our 21-Day Nail Promise. If a nail breaks, lifts or comes off within 21 days, we repair it at no cost.

- Valid for 21 days from the service date, with your invoice.
- Repair is done at the same YLG branch where the set was done.
- Covers repair or replacement of the affected nail(s) only.
- Not valid if the extension was picked, bitten, filed or removed elsewhere, or damaged in an accident.
- Wear gloves for cleaning chemicals and heavy housework. Chemical damage is not covered.

Do extensions damage natural nails?
Not when they are applied and removed properly. Damage usually comes from peeling them off. We soak off and buff gently, never drill hard.
What if a nail breaks?
If a nail breaks, lifts or comes off within 21 days, we fix it free at the same branch under the 21-Day Nail Promise. Bring your invoice.
Can I add nail art?
Yes. Nail art is an add-on from Rs 100 per finger, or ask for a full set design.
