YLG — You Look Great! — was founded in 2008 in Bengaluru by Rahul Bhalchandra (IIT Kharagpur) and Vaijayanti Bhalchandra with a single belief: premium salon services shouldn't be a luxury reserved for a few.

LS Entreprises, led by Renuka M and Sarankumar S, became the authorised master franchisee for YLG in Chennai in 2024. In a short span, the brand has grown to 3 full-service locations — Adyar, Anna Nagar and Porur — serving Chennai's premium beauty clientele.

Today YLG Salon Chennai is home to proprietary services unavailable elsewhere in the city — the ELT Facial and Next Gen Waxing 2.0 — backed by L'Oréal and Schwarzkopf product partnerships.

Brand-Certified Training

Every stylist completes the YLG Academy training programme before taking the floor. New joiners shadow certified senior stylists for a minimum of 4 weeks.

Our senior stylists average 6 years of YLG-specific experience. Many have served at a single location for 4+ years — you'll see the same face across visits.

Genuine Brand Products Only

We use L'Oréal Inoa & Majirel for colour, Schwarzkopf for hair care, and Kanpeki and Mintree USA for skincare — sourced directly from authorised Indian distributors.

Hygiene Protocol

Single-use wax applicators, autoclave-sterilised tools, and UV sanitiser cabinets at every station. Wax pots are never double-dipped.
