These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website ylgchennai.in, our WhatsApp services, and any appointments or services provided by LS ENTREPRISES ("we," "our," or "us"), the authorised Master Franchisee operating YLG Salons in Chennai. By using our website, WhatsApp channel, or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. About Us

LS ENTREPRISES operates three YLG Salon locations in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India:

• YLG Salon Adyar — 62, 1st Floor, 2nd Main Rd, Gandhi Nagar, Adyar, Chennai 600020
• YLG Salon Anna Nagar — 50B/1, F-Block, 1st Avenue, Anna Nagar, Chennai 600102
• YLG Salon Porur — 1st Floor, No 3/805A, Mugalivakkam Main Rd, Porur, Chennai 600125

The YLG brand is owned by R&R Salons Pvt Ltd. LS ENTREPRISES operates as an independent franchisee and is solely responsible for services delivered at the above Chennai locations.

2. Appointments & Bookings

2.1 Making a Booking

Appointments can be booked via our website, WhatsApp, by calling your preferred branch, or by visiting us in person. Walk-ins are welcome but appointments are strongly recommended, especially on weekends and public holidays. A booking is confirmed once you receive an acknowledgement from us.

2.2 Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Please notify us of any cancellation or rescheduling at least 2 hours before your appointment time.
• To cancel or reschedule, call the relevant branch directly or message us on WhatsApp.
• We do not charge a cancellation fee. However, repeated no-shows may affect your ability to book future appointments.
• We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to staff unavailability, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you as early as possible.

2.3 Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to shorten your service time or reschedule to avoid affecting other clients. We will do our best to accommodate you.

3. Pricing & Payment

3.1 Prices

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices may vary depending on hair length, product used, and service complexity. Our staff will confirm the final price before beginning any service.

Prices are subject to change. The most current pricing is available at our salon locations or via our WhatsApp channel. We are not bound by any outdated prices displayed in third-party listings, screenshots, or cached web pages.

3.2 Payment Methods

We accept cash, UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), and credit/debit cards at all locations. Prepaid wallet balances (Beauty Secret Card) are also accepted. We do not offer EMI payment options for services.

3.3 Beauty Secret Card (Prepaid Wallet)

Prepaid wallet credits ("BSC") are non-refundable and non-transferable. They are valid for the duration stated at the time of purchase and expire after that period. Expired credits cannot be reactivated or refunded. Credits may only be used at LS ENTREPRISES-operated YLG Salon locations in Chennai.

3.4 Refunds

Services are non-refundable once delivered. If you are dissatisfied with a service, please inform us before leaving the salon so we can attempt to correct it. Refunds or credits for service issues will be assessed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of the salon manager.

4. Health & Safety

Your safety is our priority. Please disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, skin sensitivities, or medications before receiving a service, particularly for treatments involving chemicals, wax, or skin contact. We are not liable for adverse reactions arising from undisclosed health conditions.

We reserve the right to decline or modify a service if we believe it may pose a health or safety risk to you or our staff. In such cases, a full refund for the declined service will be provided.

For clients aged 13–18, parental or guardian consent is required for certain treatments. Children under 13 are welcome in the salon when accompanied by a parent or guardian, though services for children under 13 are limited.

5. WhatsApp Bot & AI Assistant

Our WhatsApp channel uses an AI-powered virtual assistant named Maya to handle customer enquiries automatically. By messaging our WhatsApp number, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Your messages may be processed automatically by an AI system to generate responses.
• Maya may make errors. Always confirm appointment details, prices, and availability directly with the salon by phone or in person before acting on AI-provided information.
• You can request to speak with a human team member at any time by replying "Manager" or "Human".
• Bookings initiated through WhatsApp are only confirmed upon receiving explicit confirmation from our team.

6. Website Use

You may use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from this website without our written permission
• Use the website in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its underlying systems
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form or chat interface

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our website or WhatsApp channel for users who violate these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, videos, and design — is owned by or licensed to LS ENTREPRISES or R&R Salons Pvt Ltd. The YLG name and logo are trademarks of R&R Salons Pvt Ltd. You may not use our trademarks, branding, or content without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LS ENTREPRISES shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from use of our services or website
• Service outcomes — beauty results vary by individual skin type, hair type, and health conditions; we do not guarantee specific results
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in information provided by our AI assistant (Maya)
• Technical issues, downtime, or data loss affecting our website or WhatsApp service
• Any loss of valuables left unattended in the salon

Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service to which the claim relates.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any dispute amicably before initiating legal proceedings.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. For significant changes, we will endeavour to notify regular customers via WhatsApp or email.
